A little clarity goes a long way.
From the first application to the everyday school run, find answers to the questions families ask most.
How do I apply?
Complete our online application, attach available records and submit. Our admissions team reviews applications before arranging an age-appropriate assessment or family conversation.
Can we visit before applying?
Absolutely. Book a campus visit or join an open morning. Our team will show you around and help you understand which programme is right for your child.
Can I save an unfinished application?
Yes. Use Save progress to keep your answers on this device. Uploaded documents are not saved in your draft and must be attached again before submission.
What do the fees include?
Tuition covers the core academic programme and standard classroom resources. Meals, transportation, uniforms and certain activities are billed separately. View the indicative fee guide or contact admissions for a confirmed quotation.
Which curriculum do you follow?
Our sample academic programme follows South Africa’s CAPS framework from Grade R to Grade 12, with the FET Phase leading towards the National Senior Certificate (matric). The receiving school should confirm its curriculum, languages and examination arrangements.
Is school transportation available?
Supervised routes serve selected areas of Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont and nearby Cape Town suburbs. Availability and pricing depend on your address and route capacity.
Where can we purchase uniforms?
Uniforms are available through the school office. Families receive a year-group-specific checklist before enrolment.
What are the school hours?
Foundation Phase: 08:00–13:30. Intermediate Phase: 08:00–14:30. Senior and FET Phases: 08:00–15:00. Selected clubs continue until 4:00 pm.
Are activities open to all students?
Each student can choose from age-appropriate clubs and activities. Teachers help children try new interests, and most regular clubs are included in tuition.
How do you keep children safe?
Controlled entry, authorised pickup procedures, trained safeguarding leads, supervised activities and an on-campus health room support student safety.
How will I hear about my child’s progress?
Families receive term reports, scheduled parent meetings and school updates by email. For individual concerns, contact your child’s class teacher through the school office.
